• Exception - Product damage:

1. If the product arrives to you damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Please send us a clear photo of the damaged product along with your order number, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• General Conditions:

1. The damaged product must be unused and in its original condition.
2. If a product replacement is approved, a replacement product of the same value will be provided.
3. In the event of a return, the customer bears the return cost and the shipping amount will not be refunded.
